PepCycle calculates concentration from vial size divided by BAC water volume, then divides by syringe marks per milliliter to estimate amount per mark. The dose is converted to the vial unit before calculating marks.

next_due does not automatically advance after a missed dose. It remains at the original scheduled time until the dose is logged or skipped.

BAC water inventory can be linked to peptide vials. When a vial is reconstituted, PepCycle deducts the recorded BAC water volume from the linked inventory item.
